I felt the need to capture past memories by creating a Volkswagen bus carrying a freshly cut Christmas tree while snow softly falls in Glens Falls. The historic buildings in the backdrop are accurate. I would never imagine the success of this piece. I felt it was an OK piece. Many times, the work I love isn’t so much what the public loves. Other times, the work I don’t so much love the public adores even more and tremendous demand follows. The life as an artist.
