Hello, my name is Rodney Allen Bentley. Welcome to my website.

I am a self taught visual artist specializing in custom charcoal hand drawn pet portraits. My studio is located in upstate New York within the historic Saratoga and Lake George region.

I wasn’t always an artist but I’ll explain more in MY STORY.

My website details samplings of various custom hand drawn pet portraits, which I truly love, as well samplings of my custom hand drawn house renderings and holiday drawings. Here you may view my art, and if so inspired, you may commission me to create personalized custom pet portraits or any art of your desire for personal purchase.

Much of my art was from commissioned requests by locals although small amounts have been requested nationally. Additional pieces of work were simply inspired and created for various personal reasons.

Personalized Pet Portrait

The personalized pet portrait process begins by texting and/or emailing pet photos to the artist for discussion and review (there is no need to meet the pet).

Once the client and artist mutually agree upon creative expectations, including pricing, the process begins and will be completed typically within 30 days.

Completed framed personalized pet portraits normally begin priced starting at $195.00 (does not include packaging and shipping). Local pickup is free of charge.

Deposit of $50 via check or Venmo is required to initiate the process.
